STANDARDIZED BATTERY PM CHECKLIST
1. Verify Battery Model and Serial Number 2. Visually inspect battery for damage/exposed cells 3. Inspect battery for plate growth 4. Perform battery dry wash, removing visible corrosion 5. Check battery cell covers, cables, connector plugs, water level, vent caps, and cable lugs 6. Measure and record open voltage for each cell 7. Measure and record loaded voltage for each cell 8. Measure and record each cell’s specific gravity

1. Overall inspection of the charger assess for damage 2. Inspect cables, connectors, lugs and casing 3. Check display for faults or module failure if applicable 4. Verify proper start rate 5. Remove any dust from controller and inspect
